TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
By completing the entry or registration forms, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Contract to Participate in the Event and associated activities.
I hereby agree with the Event organiser that I am by this agreement entitled to participate in the event (hereinafter called, “event” “meeting” "ride" or "tour") held on date and location shown on the on-line entry form (hereinafter called “the venue” or “venues”) on the terms and conditions set out in this document.
2. Acknowledgement of risks, dangers and obligations.
I acknowledge that motorcycling is dangerous and that by engaging and participating on a ride or associated activity, I am exposed to certain risks and dangers and am under certain obligations as follows:
a) that I may be injured, physically or mentally, and may be killed;
b) that my machinery or equipment may be damaged, lost or destroyed;
c) that other riders may ride dangerously or with lack of skill;
d) that tracks, terrain and environmental conditions may be hazardous and may vary without warning or predictability;
e) that organisers, officials, landowners/track operators and any agents or representatives of those in charge of rides are frequently obliged to make decisions under pressure of time and/or rides;
f) that any policy of insurance of or in respect of my life or physical or mental health may be avoided;
g) that there may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport of me if I am injured;
h) that I have an obligation to myself and to others to participate safely and within the guidelines given to me at any time.
3. Indemnity given to organisers In consideration of the acceptance of me as an entrant.
I indemnify and keep indemnified and save harmless the Event Provider, its employees, agents, contractors and any other third party involved in or in any way associated with or connected with the Event including but not limited to sponsors, contractors, land owners and lessees from any and all liability (whether arising under statute, contract, tort including negligence or otherwise) from any and all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, personal injury, disability, loss (including but not limited to any direct loss, any special or indirect loss or damage or loss of profit, revenue or anticipated revenue, loss of bargain, contract, expectation or opportunity and loss of use of property), or damage to a person or property of any person including me, my heirs, executors and administrators, spectators, guests and other persons at the Event that is caused or contributed to by the Event Provider, its employees, agents and contractors or that arises from my attendance at or participation in the Event, or acceptance of training from an employee, agent or contractor of the Event Provider except to the extent prohibited by law.
I further agree
a) that I participate in this event at my sole risk and responsibility;
b) that I accept all venues as they stand with all or any defects hidden or exposed;
d) that I will follow all directions, advice and guidance by the organiser and my participation may be withdrawn or terminated at any time prior or during the event.
4. Equipment.
I declare that my machine is roadworthy and safe for use in the event, I acknowledge that my machine may be subjected to mechanical checks and that I may be required to repair, or cease using my machine if it is found unsafe or unacceptable for any reason.
5. Event bookings, payments and fees.
Event bookings are offered via our website or booking agents and include a non refundable 20% booking and service fee. This fee is not transferable if you request to transfer between tours.
Where a deposit is offered to secure a booking, the balance is payable as per event or invoice terms. If not paid in full by the due date(s),the booking may be subject to cancellation and deposit forfeited.
Choose carefully when you make a booking, we do not refund if you change your mind or for circumstances that prevent you attending.
We do recommend you take the additional cover of travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances, and think through thoroughly, these variables before reserving your spot.
6. To change or cancel your booking.
To change or cancel an event booking, please complete and submit this form.
The following cancellation fees apply to amounts paid, for notice given prior to start of event.

25% of booking: 31-60 days.
-
50% of booking: 15-30 days.
-
100% of booking:14 days or less.
The remaining balance can be applied by one of the following ways:
a) Place your remaining registration fee into credit for use at a later time.
b) Change to another similar event that we are operating, providing there is availability. If transferring to an event of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If transferring to an event of a lesser value, the remaining balance will remain in credit for you to use at a later time.
c) You can transfer your booking to another person, any transactions (ie: reselling your place) is up to you.
Once a request has been actioned, further changes may not be possible.
7. Changes to an event by the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or alter any event, route or itinerary.
Where the organiser reschedules an event, registrations will be automatically paused, a new date will be provided as soon as possible. Dates for rescheduled events will depend on permits, accommodation and seasons. If you're unable to attend a rescheduled event, you may transfer your registration into credit for future use or transfer your booking to another rider, see 6(c) above.
If any services or tickets within a tour or package are cancelled or paused prior or during an event due to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, political instability or other events outside of our control, we will contact you with available transfer or credit options. Refunds are not given when an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside of our control, and,or a rescheduled or alternative event or transfer is offered within 12 months.
After available reschedule, transfer or credit options are provided, and where 21 days has passed without a response. we will automatically transfer any remaining balance into credit. Credits issued or requested will be available to use on future events.
Once a request has been actioned, further changes may not be possible, ie: an event registration is placed in credit for future event use, it may not be used for product purchases, repairs, external goods, redeemable for cash or refunds, if however, you are not able to make the event you transferred to, you can withdraw and the remaining balance can be placed back in credit.
We cannot be held liable for losses, incidentals or expenses in relation to a cancelled or rescheduled event.

8. Plans, subscriptions and memberships.
We do not refund fees for these services if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you believe the included content is not as described in the service description, please contact us.
9. Physical goods.
Where an item is deemed faulty we will replace and ship it at our cost, items are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
10. Digital products.
No refunds are given on digital products, including: end user licence agreements (EULA), maps, rider routes or event files, where the digital products meet the description provided.
11. Refunds, Credits, Vouchers.
Approved refunds are processed by our admin dep't within 14 days of request and will be credited using the same payment method used during registration. For credit card refunds, allow additional time for funds to reach your account.
Deposits made to secure a booking may be non-refundable.
Gift and Prize vouchers expire 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
12. Media.
Ride360 may take photographs, make audiovisual recordings, and create other works that include your name, image, voice and/or likeness (collectively, “Media”) in connection with the event(s). You agree that Ride360 has the unrestricted right to use the Media in any and all mediums including but not limited to print, television, radio, and Internet, for any and all event and advertising purposes, with no remuneration or compensation to you.
13. Rights to transfer.
Ride360 may, at any time, transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to an alternative supplier.
These T&C's apply at time of purchase or bookings from 3:00pm, July 29, 2024 to all on-line, in person and phone bookings for the event or ticket chosen and together with any additional or special conditions shown on event pages,tickets or registration forms. For purchases or bookings before this date, refer to the T&C's made available on that date.
